The Man and I went to see The Avengers tonight for date night...(he took me to The Vow people, this was the LEAST I could do)... but whatever, I LOVED it!! We had such a good time, and all the better made by our beloved Vista theatre.

Billy the Kid and Birthdays
We are blessed.
It's just simply the truth.
They say if you're lucky, you can count on one hand the number of people that matter to you most, and to that I say...well, then we have fists full.
The Man and I have been so dearly and undeservingly blessed by the group of people we have in our lives. We love them, and treasure them, and are so incredibly thankful for them.
Especially for this one...Billy.
Last night, Billy held a belated birthday dinner at his house in honor of The Man turning the big 2-9. Dinner consisted of filet mignon, baked potatoes with herb butter, bleu cheese, and parmesan, and salad. Not to mention homemade coconut and meyer lemon cupcakes.
I know..I'm sorry...my mouth is watering too.
Friday Night Game Night
Our Community Group has just started doing an annual Friday night Game Night taking place on the first Friday of every month. This month it was at Katy and Sam's.
We BBQ'd out back, talked, laughed (a lot) and played a hearty round of "Things."

I, the one who is responsible for the care and well-being of two adorable toe-headed children, walked into work today, and in all of my love, simply said hello to my sweet three year old client (yep) Sophie.
She simply turned, looked me dead in the eye, and said:
"Stop talking to me."
I rest my case.
